HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our standard processing time for orders is 72 hours Monday through Friday.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the US is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

Laurens Skincare is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, any extra fees, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Please check with customs before placing an international order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to high volume orders, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide, excluding Australia. We hope as time moves forward we are able to re-open shipping to Australia, but as of now our shipping facility does not include postal to Australia. We will post updates here so please check back frequently.

 

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE US, DO I NEED TO PAY ANY TAXES OR CUSTOMS?

International packages may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. Laurens Skincare will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs agency before placing your order. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Laurens Skincare has the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

 

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Laurens Skincare will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order!

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@skincarebylaurens.com with your inquiry. 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact info@skincarebylaurens.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. If the order has already shipped, no changes can be made.

 

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM/S, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact info@skincarebylaurens.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item/s you received.

 

WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD I STORE MY SKINCARE?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Because of the clean nature of our products, it is recommended to store these in a cooler area to keep the integrity of the ingredients. 

 

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK AND TRACKING SHOWS NO MOVEMENT, WHAT DO I DO?

For domestic orders, packages can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to info@skincarebylaurens.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information after 10 days.

  

DO YOU TEST PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

Laurens Skincare does not test products on animals. 

 

ARE THE SKINCARE PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor or dermatologist with the list of ingredients found on the packaging.
